Shipping Policy

We offer standard shipping for all orders within the United States, with delivery times ranging from 7-14 business days depending on the shipping destination. Please note that we do not currently offer expedited shipping options.

Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your shipping address. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 2 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Special Order items such as Muse Lamps may take up to 5 days for processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other external factors beyond our control. We also cannot be held responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged once the package reaches its destination country.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer returns within a 30-day window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team to initiate a return. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may disqualify an item from being returned. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected by our team.

Please note that we do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
